Both my wife and I own Elantras, hers is a 2005 and mine a 2008. Today I decided to change the cabin filter in her carand after working for 30 minutes to access the filter was amazed to find there was none! Apparently someone at the factory forgot to install the item.

I would like to be reimbursed for the missing filter. Might I suggest a coupon for an oil change at a local Hyundai Dealer as equitable compensation?

    Dear Sir / Madam
kindly I need to tell you, my car AZERA was moving in the road between two cities in Iran.
I stopped for lunch in the restaurant parking.
After that it did not turn on any more.
After go to the Hyundai Agency in Amool city ( It is near the Tehran ) they could not find the defect exactly
It should be noted agency of this city was contacting with Iran central agency
and they could not know about the defect.
I went to the other workshop they told us the defect is from ECU and it is not working and it cannot know the key.
I went to the Amool agency and they contacted to the central agency.
But they could not find this part with the Specifications.
This model of the AZERA is 2007
And it worked only about 60000 Kilometers
    Chaise No is KMHFC41D17A194466
    Motors No: G6DB7A781680
    ECU No: 39110-3C330
After this storey I want to know what can I do and how can I find this part in my country.
And I want to know it must be broken after these kilometers.

After more than 68 days our I30 is still in Hyundai repair shop and no body has the date for finishing the job.
Up to now and after having different cars brands including American, European, Asian (Toyota, Honda), I would rank Hyundai as worst in services.
I am wondering if any one from Hyundai managerial level feel responsibility and respond to an unsatisfied costumer?

It is almost 68 days after my wife’s car, Hyundai I30 car was accepted in one of your after sales services places and no nobody knows how long it will take to be released due to poor services and lack of spare parts for this car’s model. I wondering, if can not support such product, why are you put them on sale?
Please help me to find the place to file my complaint before going international Car magazine sites to file the same complaint.
