Used Hyundai Warranty questions.?
I’m looking at a 2009 Hyundai Elantra GTS and had some questions.
I know that the original warranty of 10year/100,000miles doesn’t transfer to a 2nd owner, but when does the 5 year/60,000 mile warranty start? The minute you buy it, as soon as the original owner sold/traded it to the dealership, or from the original manufacture year?
If I do decide on this car, and there’s a problem later on that is covered, who do I take it to? The place I bought it, or a Hyundai Dealer? It’s a Kia dealer that’s got it right now.
